"Mark Daily has all kinds of skills and he does good work. Basically he does what he says he is going to do, on time, within budget. For me he has repaired windows, he did my exterior painting, he tiled my bathroom, he installed some electrical outlets, and he rebuilt a cabinet under the kitchen sink. You just have to call him."

"So it's the day before Christmas Eve, and there's a chirping. A consistent, high pitched chirping that just won't stop. I call Mark, desperate for anything to relieve me of this constant chirping. He picks up, and is over in about 20 minutes DESPITE being on a crutch with a fractured ankle and despite being the middle of the night during prime holiday season. Together, he and his girlfriend lug in a 20 foot ladder, precariously balance over the steep drop of the stairwell, and totally disassemble and replace the battery in the alarm in record time. Friendly, prompt, and genuinely honest service. Highly recommend!"
